Dear Softcup Customers,

I'm writing with a six month status update after The Flex Company took over Softcup operations in July 2016.

I wrote in a previous letter that the prior owners of Softcup had planned on discontinuing the brand. As a result, stores slowly ran out of Softcup, and new product was not being made, which created product shortages in many places. Since July, we've been working to ensure we have enough product to supply all of our retail partners.

We're happy to announce that we are now up to date with all of our retail orders. That means our retail partners have restocked their store shelves with Softcup. Softcup is sold at the retail stores of CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid and Kroger. If for any reason you can't find Softcup at one of those retail stores, please ask the store manager to restock.

For our Canadian customers, we understand that stores are completely out of stock throughout the country. We're continuing to work on a solution for you and will make an announcement as soon as we're ready to launch. If you haven't already been added to our list of customers please email us so we can notify you when Softcup is on sale again in Canada.
